Associate Professor Shinya Ariyasu has been awarded the Excellent Prize in the Basic Research Division of the 16th Wakashachi Encouragement Award.

Associate Professor Shinya Ariyasu from the Laboratory of Bioinorganic Chemistry has been awarded the Excellent Prize in the Basic Research Division of the 16th Wakashachi Encouragement Award for the FY 2021 Aichi Prefecture Young Researchers Innovation Creation Incentive Project.

This award, jointly organized by Aichi Prefecture, the Science and Technology Exchange Foundation, and the Hibi Science and Technology Promotion Foundation, aims to recognize outstanding young researchers nationwide who have innovative basic research ideas or themes that contribute to future economic value creation, the advancement of industry, and the solution of societal issues. The research topic that received the award is “Development of Enzyme Reaction Control Technology Using Inert Gases as Modulating Factors.” Congratulations!
